    In an attempt to reduce incidents, the North Shore Rescue team places emphasis on public education. Team members volunteer their time to provide talks to schools, hiking clubs, and community groups.

  • HERE WHEN YOU NEED US

    North Shore Rescue offers a variety of search and rescue services – the main ones being; mountain search and rescue; helicopter rescue; urban search and rescue; public education; and civil emergency response. There is no charge for the services of the team.

    NSR history project videos were filmed, edited and produced by Bravo-Zulu Productions. They reflect the genius, skill and ability of owner and former member of North Shore Rescue, Rob Brandreth-Gibbs who unfortunately died days after their completion. These videos are dedicated to his memory. 1953 -- 2020
